Like a stringed instrument!
Original Text
This is a bridge over the Sumida River through Yaesu-dori. The design concept is that the main tower was conscious of a helmet. The wire from the main tower is characteristic and beautiful like a stringed instrument. There is also a messenger statue in the center of the bridge (upstream side).
I saw it from a cruise ship on the Sumida River. I didn't know about the "Goddess of Navigation", so I understood it later. The white tower looked very elegant because it was a new bridge built at the same time as the Rainbow Bridge.
White painted 2 It is a wonderful cable-stayed bridge with the main tower of the book standing up.

Chuo Ohashi bridge is built on the Sumida gawa River, which runs through the boundary between Shinkawa 2 chome and 1 2 chome, Chuo ward, and was completed in Heisei 5 (1993), and it is through Yaesu Dori street and is built on the Sumida gawa River. In the bridge 2 the newest cable-stayed bridge So I visited. I visited from the direction of Eidaibashi on the north side and from the northeast direction, it was a pity that it was cloudy in the sky, but the main tower of the white-painted 2 book stood up, and the cable was stretched like a purp string and the bridge girder was hung. Do you know that it supports I will. Sumida ...
The plane of the bridge is bent to the character 「 Ku 」. In 1993, it was crosslinked to meet the redevelopment of Liberty 21. On the upper central side of the bridge, the statue of the goddess of voyage 「 Messenger 」 presented by Paris stands with a sailboat in his chest. It just protrudes toward the river, so it cannot be seen from the walking side. i can only see the back!
It is a pedestrian-only bridge connecting the Shinkawa River in Chuo Ward and the ridge. The view of Chuo Ohashi from a distance is wonderful, but I think the view of the Sumida River from Chuo Ohashi is also very wonderful. I thought that there were few people and the idyllic air was good.

It's a stylish bridge.
