Teine Shrine

Teine Shrine was built in Sapporo to worship the god who protects Mount Teine. There are not many people in Teine Shrine. Compared with many more famous shrines, it is more quiet. Most of the people who come here are locals. There are old people, students, and many young couples who pray for happiness. The shrine does not have incense, so when praying, you should wash your hands with a wooden spoon by the pool, then throw change in the donation box of the shrine, clasp your hands a few times and pray.
