Lovely area to stroll through mid-morning before the crowds. Some shops already open around 11, enough to keep it interesting.
I go every year. I love Pinamar. Beaches to enjoy. Just tourists in treating and behaving.

A good place to walk for a while, eat a good waffle or take something in Innsbruck, many brands with normal prices at a cost.
