You can see a row of cherry blossom trees from around Obuse PA down the Joshin-etsu Expressway. It is said to be the "Sakura Tsutsumi of the Chikuma River", and 600 double cherry blossoms "Ichiyo" are planted over a total length of 4 kilometers. It is a park that spreads out at the foot of Obuse Bridge on Prefectural Road 66. I stopped by because I could see the cherry blossoms from the train window. I was even more surprised when I went to Kawahara Park. Flowers such as peaches, rape blossoms, and Yoshino cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
