Baichitan Scenic Area

Baichitan Scenic Spot is located in the Funiu Mountains. It consists of six waterfalls: Baichitan Waterfall, Yangjiaotan Waterfall, Niumotan Waterfall, Shibantan Waterfall, Xuanshuitan Waterfall and Tanyaogou Waterfall. Because Baichitan Waterfall is more spectacular , so the scenic spot is named Baichi Lake. The waterfall in Baichitan is particularly magnificent and beautiful. The waterfall hangs on the cliff, and the water depth of the pool is unfathomable. "Two pools and one waterfall" form a "dumbbell" shape. The waterfall splashes down from the high cliff and pours into the canyon. The fog is hazy, especially spectacular. The Baichi Lake at the bottom of the valley has an area of about 30 square meters. It is said that there is a stone cave at the bottom of the lake, which is as deep as 100 feet. There are 9 giant dragons living in the lake, so the canyon is called the Nine Dragons Mouth. The mountains and rivers around the waterfall are interdependent, like a gallery, as well as Qianchi Pavilion, Dragon King Temple, Xianren Cave, Xianren Pond, Xianren Dwelling, Jade Girl Pool, Optimus Prime, Hu Xiaoyan, Dripping Rock, Tianbing Tianjiang Rock, Dragon King Peak, Jade Girl Peak, monk's hat peak, a sedan chair and other beautiful natural landscapes.
