The former site of Li Yaoting Mansion is located at the intersection of the original post office lane and the Shuangzi Lane in Yuzhong District, Chongqing. The original building is two buildings with brick and wood structures on the third floor and one floor. It was built in the end of Qing Dynasty and sits north and south. Building 1 is wide 11.85 meters, deep 12.5 meters. Building 2 is wide 10.68 meters, deep 9.63 meters. The total construction area is about 1003.88 square meters, covering an area of 250.97 square meters. The foundation is stone masonry, blue brick exterior wall, small green tile roof, the overall building form is like a boat shape, slightly like the castle tower of the European medieval, typical Chinese and Western style, with certain characteristics. Li Yaoting Mansion is also known as Bu Fengju. The three characters of Bu Fengju are engraved on the blue stone stone gate. The quaint atmosphere is still left. Li Yaoting Mansion reflects the architectural style of Chongqing's Kaiyu period and has important historical culture and architectural art value.
