The founder of new China's economic construction was founded in the late Qing Dynasty and was destroyed by the Wenxi Fire in Changsha in 1938. Planning and construction began in January 1993, covering an area of 48 square meters. It is a three-storey building with brick and wood structure, with small green tiles and sloping roofs.
There are many revolutionary former residences around Changsha - "Liu Shaoqi's former residence is located in Huaminglou Town, Ningxiang County; Yang Kaihui's former residence is located in Kaihui Town, Changsha County; Leifeng Memorial Hall is located in Leifeng Town, Wangcheng County; there is only one - "Li Fuchun's former residence in the urban area.
