It is not open to visit it. It's a pity that this town is so bad to tourism. Since they receive public support, they should let it be seen at certain hours.
The Church of San Pedro de Alcantara is required to visit if you are in this beautiful village.

All well preserved, clean and very friendly people.
It is in a worse state than the Church that is in front of the monument to San Pedro de Alcantara, but it deserves to walk through the streets of Alcantara and see all the art there is in that village.
