A very good hotel with very good location and staff, it is really a nice hotel to stay in Suzhou. I have a very nice experience with this hotel when crossing the year 2023, I will put this hotel on my list if I have another chance to visit Suzhou in the future.

located in the city center. therefore lots of opportunities to shop or eat in the neighborhood. also near metro stop approx 300 meters. some rooms have windows but not with a street view. Meaning they are aimed at an internal hallway / shaft with connection to outside airsupply.

The front desk was very professional with a greeting. They assured and assigned my room as soon as they check the particulars with regards to COVID. The room was nice with enough space. My only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which work for a time and then not sure what happened and the water from the shower leaked out and ran to the front of the face sink. All in all the stay was nice.

The Lavande was great, conveniently located and very accommodating. I enjoyed my trip there!

The hotel is in a good location, very convenient for eating and shopping, and not far from the attractions. A warm fruit plate was specially sent in the evening, and the service was very enthusiastic. The room was standard, and the family was very satisfied with the trip. After changing clothes and coming to the front desk, I asked another front desk receptionist (without a badge) politely for directions. She had a very bad attitude and said "It's next to it" without even raising her eyes. I asked politely again, "Should I go left or right when I go out?" She ignored me... There were no other guests next to us at the time, and she was not busy with anything. She just didn't want to pay attention to us. She didn't even want to raise her eyes. I don't know what she is so proud of! This 0.5 bad service review is given to this female receptionist. I don't know if she is a leader. The badge is so **! I can't even put your name on the complaint! ! ! .

The hotel is located on Guanqian Street, but the environment and service are really not good. It is the worst hotel in all these years. I suspect it is a fake LeFeng. My husband fell in the room because there is a staircase in the bathroom! All the equipment in the room is broken, none of them can be used! The air conditioner is broken! The TV is broken! The faucet is broken! The socket is also broken! The front desk service is black-faced, it is speechless, the hotel price is expensive, it is a rip-off! Don't stay here
