The front desk team is always ready to assist you with their warm smiles and dedicated services. However, it seems that the general ***ager Mr Pranay Juyal may not be as helpful and can come across as arrogant. It is advisable not to make the mistake of paying in advance, as the hotel does not seem to have a concept of cancellation. I had a terrible experience when I was traveling from Haridwar to Rishikesh and got stuck in a traffic jam, leaving me with no way to reach the hotel. Despite my situation, they refused to provide a cancellation or refund. Additionally, the rooms are not worth the price and the showers are not up to par.

We visited this resort with family for 2 nights. The location of the resort is in Tapovan. The rooms are pretty spacious and you get a luxurious feel. Moreover, i visited the spa aIso. Itook Abhyanga and Shirodhara therapy. Must say that Amit, the masseuse did an excellent job. It was so relaxing that I dozed off during the therapy. Highly recommended overall

The staff is very nice. Ritta gave the best massage her hands are very healing. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Real showers 😉 Great place to relax and reenergize. Also they have yoga included with a wonderful Instructor very knowledgeable with a masters degree In Yoga. Good food as well ***y options

When we booked this property, we looked for activities like yoga, gym, cafe n other things. What attracted me was Yoga studio n Aarti that takes place during evening. Being a yoga enthusiast I was glad to know about the free yoga session for guests. My experience with yoga trainer SOMYA was amazing. She is sweet, an expert of yoga art n a lovely hu***. Thanks Somya☺️for the amazing session n S palm bliss for a lovely stay. Not to forget.. breakfast buffet was absolutely good. -love, Joy :)

We had a good stay at Sterling Palm Bliss. It's location is nice and the rooms were big and comfortable for 3 of us sharing one room. They have a good breakfast spread and their rooftop Italian restaurant was our go to for dinner. The wood fired pizzas were amazing. The little surprise of the Ganga Aarti within the hotel premise was a nice touch too.

I've made panchikarka for me and my wife. First made consult with aurovedic doctor and the therapy at wellness centre! Everything was great! Best words to dr Lateka and her team - Amit & Anil and Deepti & Reena! Thank you for your attentiveness, warmth and courtesy.

The overall experience was good. That 1hr yoga session in the morning was really good (with Soumya) that helped me to go deep into exercises with right posture in the right way altogether. Also had a alacarte dinner which served everything delicious.

Somya is very good teacher excellent class good variety and peaceful session i learned ***y points it was really relaxing and healing must attend it for a complete my lots of thanks to her the resort is very lucky to have her with there and my experience amazing

It was a really good experience , clean & beautiful hotel , staff is also good , location is good too , takes 20-25 mins to Triveni ghat without traffic. Room condition is bit old but still they were maintained nicely , breakfast was also good however could have had more variety.
