A warm welcome and fast check-in due to a last minute booking. The hotel reception are friendly and always ready to serve. I like the room as it is spacious and clean. Filled with alot of amenities and snacks with welcome frinks. Worth to have a short trip and a good sleep for the comfortable bed.

Hotel is very clean, staff are polite too :) The swimming pool is quite small tho, but the hotel location is very convenient, 7-11 is just walking distance.

If you're in Krabi and want an affordable yet branded hotel, consider Holiday Inn Resort. Located in the heart of Ao Nang beach and near every amenities possible. Newly renovated in 2023 too!

Beautiful clean room. Housekeeping in building 6 was excellent. An uphill walk from the lobby but the shuttle is usually ready to take you back and forth. I didn’t mind the exercise though. Floors were very slippery at the entrance to building 6. Slipped and fell during a heavy rain storm. Probably not the best idea to use smooth floor tiles outdoors. The servers in the dining room were fantastic. So warm and friendly. Overall a great stay. Perfect location. Just steps away from restaurants and shops. 15min walk to Ao Nang beach.

Good spot for doing island hopping around Krabi. Newly renovated big room. Dinner was good in restaurant.

Breakfast in this hotel is a complete disaster and the biggest disappointment is that they offer three-day-old pastries ! My recommendation is to pay only for accommodation without breakfast .

Booked 2 nights for a short holiday. Location is strategic- 7-11 , McD, cafes and spas are within 5-10 walking distance . A short walk with reach the beach, but not popular..
Cleanliness is good . Breakfast with varieties of foods.

Stay was not bad but we seemed to be the only one staying at the block. Small creeps as all the corridor lights were off for the other floors and made it creepy to climb the stairs.

Upon arrival we were greeted and served with welcome drinks and got a free room upgrade! The hotel was Superb! We strike a really good deal through trip.com and our stay was really really fulfilling even though the period that we visited was monsoon and low season, we were blessed with few hours of good sunlight during the day. Location is in the middle of main Ao Nang Main Street and many convenience store and massage parlors surrounding the hotel. The complimentary breakfast spread was really good and no complaints at all. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was very good too! really loved the in house bath amenities provided. All in all I’ll rate this place 4.8/5 ⭐️

Prime location , rooms maintained clean and Neat . Shuttle service from Room building to Lobby was frequent and attended upon request.

Book a room for my mom. Room is spacious. However, the garden view was misleading. It was facing a forest 😅. Overall, we will still book this hotel in future. Location is key.

It’s my second visit to this resort. Absolutely clean as what they promised to deliver. Staff were polite and I would really highly recommend. Definitely no regrets
