Incredible innovative food - the staff were so friendly and accommodating of us (we had two small children in our group) !

My main plate - orecchiette con cime di rapa was really disappointing. Lacked seasoning and flavour. My partner&#39;s dish - linguine alle vongole was better but quite salty. Starter - octopus salad was very good.

The quality of the food and wine is not good. We both could not finished the wine because it is very bad. Chief put too much salt into our both dishes. Almost uneatable.  The pasta has not been cooked through. Way more than &ldquo;al dent&rdquo;.

Incredible restaurant - location (across street from classic view of Ostuni!), ambience (hotel lobby, restaurant terrace, 700 year old olive tree!), creative and delicious food and extremely well trained and helpful staff! Note: you can park at the hotel for your dinner, just pull up and they will help you!

We had a lovely dinner. Very tasty, soecially the orechiette. The setting is cozy, clean and warm. Thanks for such a great experience.

Really nice atmosphere and great service.

Everything was perfect at Dish:  service was excellent but unobtrusive,  the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the terrace offered panoramic views of the old town.  Dish was the best dining experience we&#39;ve had in our three weeks in Italy although we&#39;ve had other good dining experiences.

The culinary highlight of our visit to Puglia!  The restaurant, ambiance, service, views and most importantly food were incredible! The service was discrete yet attentive, the complimentary welcome Gazpacho and sparkling wine set the tone for the most wonderful evening!  The food was amazing, unique flavour combinations and ultra fresh produce.  I loved the raw prawn dish with a botanical crumb and my partner really enjoyed his tender beef cheek ravioli.  We tried to book our family in but it was fully booked for the week.  Easily Michelin star level cuisine.  Please book, Dish is too good to miss!

it was a fully unexpected culinary experience: we could taste and feel that behind every dish it was a plan of a tasteful combination of fresh ingredients.and this by a great service, a good cold local white wine, at place with a magical great costal view

The food quality and restaurant itself was great along with an amazing view. But the meal itself was really disappointing. We felt the flavours didn&rsquo;t all go together and they were trying too many things on the plate. The staff were lovely though so maybe we just had it on a bad night
