Gladstone Park

A large part of the park is occupied by a school and a bowling alley, you can't see the water view of Balman Harbour Park, but I was impressed by the quality of the grass and most of the maintenance work (bathrooms near the bus station are not good). It is a great place to relax or eat in Balmain.

Outdated but fun rides for kids in the family. Never too busy, there are lots of nice little cafes nearby to keep kids busy. This park on Darling Street extends all the way to the hospital, which is convenient if you are visiting the hospital or picking up the plane. The park is a nice casual green space with good seating and shade. It has a convenient bus stop at the entrance to Darling Street in the park.
