📍 Mdina, Malta — The Silent City That Feels Like a Movie Set ✨ Stepping into Mdina felt like walking through a medieval storybook. With its honey-colored limestone buildings, narrow winding streets, elegant doorways, and peaceful atmosphere, it’s easy to see why this place is called the Silent City. One of my favorite things was simply wandering without a map. Every corner revealed beautiful architecture, hidden courtyards, charming balconies, and breathtaking views over the Maltese countryside. Since cars are rarely allowed inside the city walls, the quietness makes the experience even more magical. If you’re visiting Malta, I highly recommend coming in the late afternoon and staying until sunset. The golden light makes the entire city glow, and as the crowds begin to leave, Mdina becomes even more enchanting. ✨ Tips: 📸 Wear light-colored outfits—they look amazing against the warm limestone walls. 🚶 Take your time exploring the side streets—you’ll find the best photo spots away from the main square. 🌅 Stay for sunset if you can. The atmosphere is unforgettable. ⭐ Rating: 10/10 ⏰ Recommended visit: 2–3 hours (or longer if you love photography and history) Have you visited Mdina? #underratedspots A colorful day in Marsaxlokk, Malta 🇲🇹 Marsaxlokk is a charming fishing village known for its traditional boats, peaceful harbour, and waterfront seafood restaurants. It is a lovely place for a relaxed walk, lunch by the sea, and beautiful photos. A few tips: visit earlier in the day to avoid the biggest crowds, especially on Sunday market day. Wear comfortable shoes, check restaurant menus before choosing, and walk a little farther along the harbour for quieter photo spots. You can also combine the visit with St. Peter’s Pool nearby. What I loved most was the calm atmosphere.
