After a whole day of hiking and beachcombing in Chiba without a proper meal since breakfast, our famished group immediately arranged for Chinese food upon returning to Ueno.
Every dish was on point! Four girls, seven dishes, and one rice dish—we polished it all off!
The taro chicken was soft, tender, and flavorful. The seasoning for the gongcai and tripe was so good it would make even a shoe sole taste delicious!
The aroma of the cured meat in the rice was also superb, and the salted egg yolk shrimp was crispy and delicious.
We even caught a glimpse of a salted-egg-yolk-colored sunset.
The service was attentive, the variety of dishes was rich, and the taste was great. It's a pity that during the three-day weekend dinner rush, there were only 3 tables of guests...
A taste certified by Sichuan and Chongqing students abroad. I hope it can survive for a long time in the competitive Ueno Chinese food scene 💪
