The Anping Marquis Tomb Site Exhibition at Anfu Museum is the museum’s highlight, featuring a unique combined tomb and museum display model. The site is located in the Fengshan area north of Anfu County. In August 2019, during construction, a “jia”-shaped vertical pit wooden coffin tomb from the middle to late Western Han period was discovered. After evaluation by cultural relic experts from inside and outside the province, and based on the tomb’s structure, scale, and unearthed artifacts, it was confirmed that the tomb owner was Liu Xi, the first-generation Anping Marquis of the Western Han. Liu Xi was enfeoffed in the first year of Emperor Yuan’s reign (48 BC), and his fief was located in the then Anping County (now within Anfu County). This discovery provides an important benchmark for studying the burial customs and regulations of high-ranking tombs in Western Han Jiangxi. Anfu County Museum began construction in 2022 on the original tomb site, adopting an “in situ protection and on-site display” approach. Authentic site presentation: In the Han tomb site exhibition hall “Archaeological Excavation · Underground Spring and Autumn,” the original tomb pit’s soil sealing layer is preserved, allowing visitors to directly see the tomb pit structure after excavation. Immersive scene restoration: Around the tomb pit, the museum has recreated models of the Anping Marquis’s life scenes, including clothing, food, housing, transportation, and entertainment. The visit takes about half an hour.

This place is now on my list of places I'll definitely revisit. This time, I ordered the Peeled Chili Chicken Soup, Signature Braised Chicken Leg Rice, Deluxe Braised Platter, and Basil Pork Rice. Each dish was unique. 🌶️ **Basil Pork Rice (Standard Medium Spicy)** The medium spicy flavor is genuinely spicy, not just fragrant. It's very satisfyingly spicy and goes perfectly with rice. A must-order for anyone who loves spicy food. 🍗 **Signature Braised Chicken Leg Rice** The chicken leg is incredibly tender; the meat easily separates from the bone with a gentle touch of chopsticks. The meat is juicy and flavorful. 🍲 **Peeled Chili Chicken Soup** The broth is sweet with the aroma of peeled chilies. It's smooth and mild, not overly spicy, perfect for soup lovers. 🥢 **Deluxe Braised Platter** The braised pork belly, large intestine, kelp, dried tofu, and dried scallops are all incredibly flavorful. Each item is perfectly seasoned, perfectly matching my preference for strong flavors. The food is unique and the portions are generous. It's a restaurant I'd always come back to and would recommend to friends. 📍Soupy Fun Chef 🏠 No. 593, Jianping 7th Street, Anping District, Tainan City #HuaYeRecommendation #TripMoments #Tainan #Anping #SoupyFun #BasilPork #BraisedChickenLegs #PeeledChiliChickenSoup #BraisedFood #TainanFood

🌈Theme Features: The hotel's exterior has a retro design, perfectly integrated into the ancient building complex of Anping Shenggu Temple. The interior adopts Chinese decoration style, with a reasonable layout and soft colors, showing the elegance and refinement of oriental aesthetics! 🏘️Room type/layout: The room is square and large, with a reasonable space layout, combining movement and stillness, and is very comfortable for accommodation and work The lobby lounge area is equipped with rosewood furniture, showing luxury! There is a row of bamboo forests on each side of the hall entrance, which, combined with the Chinese-style appearance, is very relaxing! 🧹Soundproofing/sanitation: It was relatively quiet during my stay, so the soundproofing should be good. The sanitary conditions are quite good. To be honest, this standard is far beyond expectations for a small county in the north. I like this! 🖼Restaurant environment: The restaurant is located on the fifth floor of the hotel. It is a Chinese buffet. The ingredients of the food are all from the hotel owner’s farm and food company. The pastries are also certified as green food. This is really amazing [Awesome][Awesome][Awesome] 💗Other tips: The hotel has its own parking lot in the courtyard, which is very large. Our guide, Dahai, led us on a tour of the Forbidden City. The guided tour was excellent; the guide was knowledgeable about Ming and Qing dynasty court history, architectural regulations, and the background of the artifacts. His explanations were logically clear, highlighting key points, and engaging. The route was well-planned, balancing efficiency with comfort. Overall, a fantastic experience!
M84***01Our family loves theme parks, and Universal Studios Beijing was the perfect first stop! We managed to play all the major rides, and the thrills are world-class. The Decepticoaster has an insane launch, and Jurassic World Adventure was incredibly realistic. Throw in the magic of Harry Potter and it’s an absolute 10/10 trip! 🎢🎬✨
Jen GYNSince I was in Beijing, I had to visit the Great Wall. The scenery there is irreplaceable. Taking the cable car up felt short, but it saved me a lot of energy, allowing me to use it for climbing the Great Wall. 😀 The Great Wall winds its way up and stretches far into the distance, it's truly magnificent. I heard that some sections of the northern route are currently under renovation.
M60***39张洋导游讲解的非常好!All visitors should book the national Museum of China trip. It is not easy to book on your own, book through Trip.com and have a guide to share the history with you..
E43***44Mount Tai, the most revered of the Five Sacred Mountains, is a must-see. Remember to bring a five-yuan ticket to check it off your list. The natural grandeur and millennia-old cultural heritage blend seamlessly. The winding stone steps are dotted with cliff carvings, and the Eighteen Bends offer a challenging and treacherous experience. Only by reaching the summit of Jade Emperor Peak can you truly appreciate the awe-inspiring feeling of "Ascending to the highest peak, all mountains appear small." For sunrise and sea of clouds views, consider a night climb; be prepared for the wind at the summit. If your stamina is average, you can take a bus and cable car from Tianwai Village, choosing your route flexibly. Although the climb is arduous, the expansive feeling at the summit makes all the fatigue worthwhile. Everyone should climb Mount Tai at least once in their life.
Anonymous userThis place is definitely worth visiting and buying the tickets in advance is necessary and thanks to Trip, it offers an easy and convenient way to buy them in advance! You get the confirmation almost instantly and you can enter worry free (since you cannot buy the tickets on site).
Anonymous userTaiyuan, a perfect day trip! Morning: Shanxi Museum; Afternoon: Jinci Temple. The autumn scenery at Jinci Temple was absolutely stunning! The golden ginkgo leaves created an incredibly atmospheric scene, and I snapped so many photos. I won't edit the pictures; there are plenty of better photos online. Honestly, the real view is much more beautiful than the pictures. Next up is the last stop of this trip, and also the highlight: Linfen. I'll be visiting Xiaoxitian, Guangshang Temple, and Hukou Waterfall, looking forward to the breathtaking suspended sculptures and glazed pagoda, and the surging Yellow River. This might be my first time seeing the Yellow River in person.
黄瓜么么哒Worth to make a visit, nice and beautiful compound. Add this to your itinerary!
Anonymous userThe wisdom of the ancients sometimes truly surpasses imagination. The Yingxian Wooden Pagoda has a layout with five visible sections and four hidden sections. While entry to the upper levels is no longer permitted, you can still stroll around the first floor. There are several photogenic spots.
恬蜜泡沫Buy the ticket from trip.com because you don’t need to queue at entrance, filling in the details. Also, this is the second time I visited Tian Tan, visited both day and night. Both view are beautiful.
