Kaner Well, which means "well hole", was recorded in the "history" as early as the "well canal", while Xinjiang Uyghur is called "Kaner Well". Kaner Well is a special irrigation system in desert areas, generally in Turpan, Xinjiang, China. Kaner Well, the Great Wall and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal are also called the three major ancient projects in China. The total number of Kaner Wells in Turpan has more than 1,100, and the total length is about 5,000 kilometers. Kaner Well is a very ancient horizontal water collection building for the development and utilization of groundwater, suitable for mountain birches, Alluvial fan margins are mainly used to intercept groundwater for irrigation and residential water use. The structure of Kaner Well is composed of four parts: shafts, underground channels, ground channels and "basin" (small reservoirs), Bogda Mountain in the north of Turpan Basin and Kat in the west. Lawucheng Mountain, a large amount of snow and rain in spring and summer, diving down the valley and into the Gobi beach. People use the slope of the mountain to cleverly create Kaner Well, which can be used to submerge the farmland. Then we visited the tunnels in all directions along the dark canal. Due to the limitations of Kaner Well's characteristics, we can only see a limited section of open canals. Kaner Well is the spring of life in Turpan, where we tasted the clear and sweet well water, and were fortunate to see the world's rare living fossils of the same era as dinosaurs - Xinjiang Egret. It has left a precious legacy for mankind with its magical charm through time and space. Here I sincerely feel the arduous and greatness of the Kaner Well Water Conservancy Project, deeply shocked by the human miracle created by the hardworking and intelligent working people.
