From North Wharf, whether you look at the North Shore or the city center, it is very beautiful. It has become an international tourist terminal. It is highly recommended to take a walk. However, the pier itself is quite big and it takes a while.
Wynyard Quarter is an attraction that has only been newly prepared in Auckland in the past few years. In the past, no one came to the scene. After careful planning by the government in Auckland, it has become a super emerging attraction in Auckland.
The wharf is not remote, but there are not many people. Here you can see the famous Auckland Harbour Bridge and the Sky Tower overlooking the city. The water is blue and the sailing boat is beautiful, but the wind is relatively strong.
Take the red line citylink to Wynyard Quarter. It used to be a place for ship repairs. It was quiet at night. Going towards the wharf, you can see the Oakland Bridge and a nice night view.
Laid back and beautiful, don't miss a photo with the boat when you come here. While walking in Auckland, my girlfriend and I accidentally came to the famous North Pier. I thought that if the North Pier is so famous, it should be noisy, at least many people will take pictures here. Unexpectedly, when my girlfriend and I came here, it was so quiet, for fear that the louder voices between us would destroy the tranquility here. The North Wharf seems to be able to repair ships. My girlfriends and I have seen quite a few dilapidated ships anchor here. In addition to some of the relatively old ships, there are also many kinds of luxury cruise ships. My girlfriend and I were in other ports before. If there are more luxurious cruise ships parked, many people will come here to take photos with them. The water at the North Pier is particularly clear. If possible, I would love to swim in such clean water. There are also many homestays and restaurants next to the North Pier. My girlfriend and I smelled the fragrance of the food floating in the restaurant when we were walking here. I couldn’t hold back the hungry gluttons, and walked into a restaurant to enjoy the food and this moment. Leisure time. Practical TIPS: 1. The North Pier is open every day from 8 to 17 o'clock. 2. No tickets are required for the North Pier. Scenic address: North Pier
Beautiful wharf with lots of nice bars and restaurants. Great for an evening walk to enjoy the sunset over a drink. Bring a camera with a good zoom.
It has good views of the Auckland Harbour and the boating activity but apart from that it has the usual restaurants and cafes and apartments etc. It is not that special.
If your looking for the harbourside bars and restaurants then this is where to come. plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Nothing really special other than that
North Wharf on the Auckland waterfront is a dramatically rejuvenated area, that was once a fishing dock. These days it is lined with restaurants and bars and a true attraction for locals and visitors ...
It is a nice place to wander around and relax. Lots of opportunities to take photographs. If you get hungry, there are several restaurants and bars to choose from. The whole area is well maintained.
