The Dajingmen attractions are worth visiting. Although the range of attractions can be visited is not very large, the history is there. It is worth understanding. The ticket fee for the attractions is not high. It takes about 15 minutes to climb the Great Wall. There is a pedestrian street behind that does not require tickets.

Zhangjiakou Castle, also known locally as the Fort, is a neighborhood with Zhangjiakou regional characteristics and historical vicissitudes. This is Zhangjiakou's "pre-life", which is the epitome of Zhangjiakou's rich history. There are many houses here that were famous businessmen or government officials in the past. Take a look here, not only to understand the history of Zhangjiakou, but also to learn a lot of knowledge.

Dajingmen, located in Qiaoxi District, Zhangjiakou City, was built in Chonghui 17 years (1644 AD) with a history of 378 years. Dajingmen is one of the four major gates in the Great Wall of China. It is a key cultural relics protection unit in the country. In 1909, the Qing Dynasty government put China's first practical railway "Jingzhang Railway". From Beijing to Zhangjiakou. In 1927, Chahar Supervisor Gao Weiyue wrote the four big-faced characters "Dahao River and Mountain" on the gate of Dajingmen. They are strong and spectacular, and add charm to Dajingmen.

" Jellyfish Palace " is located at the foot of Woyun Mountain, northwest of Zhangjiakou City, built in Qingqianlong in 47 years (1782). Zhangjiakou has always been an important place for the trade between the Central Plains and the minority ethnic groups in the north. Especially after the Qing Dynasty, Zhangjiakou became a trading distribution center of Zhangku Avenue (Zhangjiakou to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia), which is another important commercial road following the ancient Silk Road in China. The prosperity of Zhangku Avenue has made Zhangjiakou the largest fur distribution center in China, known as " furdu ". A large number of furs are processed in Zhangjiakou and pickled, and there is a need for sufficient quality water. People found that the spring water under the Woyun Mountain was soaked and washed. The leather board was soft and the hair color was bright. The fur merchants therefore had a lush financial resources, so they raised funds to build this " jellyfish palace across the spring. In the scenic area, there are also General Feng Yuxiang Memorial Hall and Ji Hongchang Martyrs Memorial Hall.

Many scenic spots around Beijing for a day trip. This is definitely my surprise. Without excessive commercial development, the station retains a very complete original flavor. The local residents are very kind. The ancient city wall is worth punching in!

#1 of Best Things to Do in Zhangbei
Grasslands
M27***17
On the 71st day of the poor tour of China, Zhangjiakou Zhangbei Bashang Grassland Tianlu is at the junction of Zhangbei County and Chongli District, Zhangjiakou. There is a asphalt road of more than 100 kilometers. With the mountain slopes, it is undulating in the mountains. The landscape on both sides of the road is beautiful, rivers and mountains, meadow terraces, Like a hundred miles picture! The blue sky is connected to it, and the white clouds echo it, like walking on the sky road! The most suitable season for the dam grassland is from the end of June to the end of September. The air on the grassland is pure, the pollution is very small, and the summer is very cool. Today, I was lucky. It was raining intermittently on the dam. The sky was always dark and cloudy. Occasionally, the sun poured down through the clouds, and it was also a special taste. I still feel cool when I wear a long sleeve, and I am worthy of being a summer resort.

把剑长歌
The colored murals painted on the tomb wall are the essence of Xuanhua Liao Tomb. The number of murals is large, distributed, rich in content and well preserved. The total number of murals is 98. The murals include astronomical pictures, tea ceremony pictures, Sanle pictures, travel pictures, Qimen pictures, lighting pictures, preparation pictures, banquet pictures, pictures of the scorpion, infant drama pictures, flowers and birds, etc., just like underground art corridors. The Sanle pictures in Zhang Shiqing's tomb are2.5 meters long and1.8 meters wide, showing 12 characters. Eleven people formed a band, one danced. These people wore heads, round-necked robes, high boots, and different colors. Everyone held a musical instrument in their hands, including gongs, drums, waist drums, gongs, flutes, gongs, clapping boards, and the scene was spectacular. This mural was adopted by the national history textbooks of middle school students. The astronomical map drawn on the top of Zhang Shiqing's tomb is another major discovery in the archaeological world after the tomb map of Han Dynasty and the Tianxiang map of Northern Wei. It is an astronomical map of the Chinese traditional 28-suji star method and the western Babylonian zodiac star method blended together. Its discovery provides precious historical materials for studying ancient astronomical history in China. The frescoes of Liao Tomb are mainly realistic, reflecting the economic, cultural, religious and ethnic integration of the Liao Dynasty from all sides. The lines are smooth, colorful, rich in content and full of life. 👍
