Sun Wu Memorial Park

Sun Wu is a famous military man, politician and thinker in the Spring and Autumn Period of China. Sun Wu's "Sun Tzu Bing Law" influenced the later generations for more than 2,000 years and was called "Singing of the Soldiers". Sun Wu Tomb is located in Yuanhe Street, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, and Sun Wu Memorial Park is both a memorial site for traditional culture and a free urban park for the public.

Based on this "Wu" and "Wen" two major celebrities, Xiangcheng District built and opened Sun Wu-Wen Zhengming Memorial Park in 2016. Sun Wu-Wenzhengming Memorial Park is composed of Sun Wu Memorial Park and Wenzhengming Memorial Park, including riverside stroll area, civic fitness area, memorial square area, wetland trestle area, Sun Wu Cultural District, Wenxuming Cultural District and other sections.
