Suzhou gives me a very healing feeling, as life here moves at a slow pace. Taking a break without feeling guilty is possible. Sitting on a small bridge in the Pingjiang Road historical district (free) and watching an old man play chess across the river, young people chatting and laughing on a boat, and girls in qipao taking photos under the trees is very comfortable and leisurely...
