Teramachi Hachika Ji Temple

In contrast to the same Hachisuka domain and Tokushima Teramachi, I walk through Sumotoji Town and see the depth of faith of Awaji people 々. It is said that this temple of the Shingon sect has a tamasei barrier painting famous for Awaji, but unfortunately I couldn't see it. Here, the garden was tasteful and well maintained. Both the main hall and Yakushido were small and compact.

As it is only Awaji Shikoku ８２ Ban Sacred Ground, there are several buildings such as shrines and Yakushido in the precincts, and in front of the main hall is a tile garden related to the Tamasei painter.

　It is a Koyasan Shingon sect temple in a corner of Teramachi, where many temples are lined up in the surrounding area. When I dived down the mountain gate, the front was the main hall. Grace, the mountain gate was listed as "Awaji Shikoku 82nd Sacred Ground".
