Jiaochangwei, once the top choice for young people's backpacking trips! Dapeng Jiaochangwei is located on the narrow coastal strip between Yintan Road to the east of Dapeng and Pengfei Road to the south, extending to Longqi Bay, and it is the only village in Dapeng New District of Shenzhen, Guangdong with a coastline. In 1394, the Ming Dynasty established the Dapeng Garrison, and Jiaochangwei Village got its name because it was located at the tail of the western drill ground ("drill ground" was mispronounced as "jiaochang") of the garrison. Jiaochangwei Village faces Longqi Bay, looking across the sea at Nan'ao Xinda and Qiniang Mountain. The coastline is about 3000 meters long, with beaches along the shore. At low tide, the beach can be up to 50 meters wide, with generally average sand quality mixed with a few stones, suitable for swimming; beyond the beach is a shallow area, which is exposed at low tide, where you can pick up marine products. Jiaochangwei's hostels are as numerous as clouds, with a variety of ambiences, and the beach is just a stone's throw away, once the top choice for many young people's backpacking trips.

Not Dali! It's in Shenzhen! A place with wind. I didn't expect such a bustling metropolis like Shenzhen to have such a quiet and comfortable small town. The 'Jiaochangwei' of Dapeng Ancient City↗ is endless, you simply can't finish exploring it! Dapeng Ancient City is a historical site with hundreds of years of history, stepping inside is like arriving at Dali Ancient Town, it's really nice to stroll around~ Walking on the bluestone paths, there's also quite a bit of a Jiangnan feeling. There are also many cultural and creative shops, coffee shops, and tea rooms, and when you see beautiful bracelets, you just can't move on~ , After visiting Dapeng Ancient City, head to Jiaochangwei, check in at the small alleys by the sea, and between rows of guesthouses, 'Ke La Coast' is very photogenic. The atmosphere is full, and it's also very convenient for dining and lodging here, with various restaurants and bars, prices are similar to the downtown area. Jiaochangwei has many seaside guesthouses, with prices ranging from hundreds to thousands during the summer vacation. The guesthouse I stayed at is 'Jiaochangwei Cui Niao Seaside Guesthouse'. I booked this guesthouse both times I visited, the environment is very good, and the owner is very nice. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer an excellent view, and you can see the sunrise. Regarding transportation: there is no direct subway, it is recommended to take a taxi or bus (but I think taking a taxi is not very cost-effective). There's a high chance of traffic jams on weekends, if you're driving, it's advised to set out early!

To be honest, when I saw the menu, I didn't dare to order too much. I just ordered a drink and sat down 🥹. I feel that the whole Jiaochangwei area is designed for tourists, and many activities are relatively expensive. If you are not playing nearby, it is not recommended to go there specifically. 🚌 Transportation: It is recommended to call a car directly to Jiaochangwei. It is about 56 kilometers from Futian Port (car fare is RMB 150-220). However, private cars cannot enter the community and can only park at the entrance of the Jiaochangwei parking lot. There are people in the community promoting sightseeing cars (one-way fare is RMB 15/person). I think it's too expensive and not worth it 😵‍💫.
