During the Emperor's reign (581 ~ 604), Yueguo Yang Suxiu County, the big city, historically known as "Luocheng". The moat here is the Luomen River that has been preserved to this day. There are more than 1400 years. The river that is artificially excavated is not a natural river. There is Luomen nearby, between Dongguomen and Jishanmen. The location is about east of Lomon. The folk rumors say "Romon opens, robbers come."
