They were incredibly accommodating to foreigners, making us feel warmly welcomed. The kimchi soup was a standout, and we savored every spoonful. The variety of side dishes was impressive, and each dish was delicious. The meat was tender and expertly cooked, with the added bonus of being cooked right at our table. #seoultrip When visiting Seoul, do check out the Nike shop in Gangnam where you can actually customise your own Nike merchandise, which makes for a pretty cool souvenir. There are a variety of patches you can choose from to customise the Nike products such as tees, hats etc! You can select your patches and choose the placement. It’s quite fun and takes only about 10-15 minutes.. Prior reservations are required. Will be back! My rating: 4.5 ⭐️ out of 5!

The BTS dance studio and HYBE labels (formerly Big Hit) original office building is a unique and historic location in Gangnam, South Korea, and it is considered to be one of the defining structures of the area. The building is something of a landmark in the area, as it was the original location for BTS dance studios and the genesis of the popular HYBE label. It is said to have played a major role in the development of the local music scene, and visitors enjoy the sense of history of the place. BTS Army should definitely not pass up this place!

We just had to try the raw crabs at Gebang Sikdang in Gangnam, Seoul. This restaurant is on the Michelin Guide and it it was amazing! Just a short walk from the subway, this restaurant is unassuming and minimalist. We ordered the raw crab lunch set for about 45000krw and it was really delicious! Reservations are recommended! Lots of youngsters . Many pharmacies and skincare shops like olive young. Good place to explore for skin care products. Cafes, billiards and for sure surgery clinics. Beside Yeoksam station. I tried their street food under subway line 2. My favourite hot soup with snacks . Don’t forget to take some memory with Gangnam Oppa

After three years, I can finally travel freely to South Korea again☺️ I found a date with very cheap airfare, took two days off for annual leave, and started my four days and three nights trip to South Korea🥳 Day1️⃣ ✈️Departing from Shanghai Pudong, I arrived at Incheon Airport at five in the afternoon. Then I took an airport bus to Gangnam Station. I chose to stay at a very nice guesthouse P2P3 Day2️⃣ 🎠I chose to go to Everland on Friday to see pandas🐼 P4P5 There is a direct bus from Gangnam Station🚉 to Yongin, which is very convenient. The tickets were on promotion recently, only costing 34,000 Korean won. It's not very crowded on weekdays, highly recommended! Day3️⃣ Took a tour around the city～ 🗺️Gangnam-Gwanghwamun-Gyeongbokgung-North Village Hanok Village-Gwangjang Market-Namsan Tower The entrance fee for Gyeongbokgung is only 3,000 Korean won, which is cheap, and the area is not big, so you can finish the tour quickly. Then you can visit the nearby Hanok Village, which has many small shops and is nice to explore😋 There's really a lot to eat in Gwangjang Market, and it's super crowded. But the food is indeed cheap and delicious, and I also recommend buying some souvenirs to take home. Finally, I went to Namsan Tower to see the night view, and I honestly do not recommend buying a ticket to go up the tower. The ticket is not cheap, and the view is almost the same as what you can see from the bottom of the tower😅 Day4️⃣ ✈️The plane back to Shanghai was in the late afternoon. I simply strolled around Gangnam in the morning, and there are self-service luggage storage lockers in the subway station, which is very convenient. There are also many airport buses nearby, which is very convenient. Lastly, I picked up some items at the airport duty-free shop, and I still recommend ordering on the app and picking up at the airport. However, the recent discounts are not significant, so I suggest comparing with the Sunrise Duty-Free Shop.
