We had the most unpleasant interaction with an employee of Rose Narrowbaots. We were on a rental boat from another company and had arranged to meet my daughter and son-in-law at Rose Narrowboats locat...

Lack of help
Didnt hire a boat from this company,but passed boatyard in my own boat and my wife struggled to open small swing bridge right outside there boatyard...I asked elderly chap(who i believe was owner)..fo...

Very friendly, helpful staff to get us on our way. Boat was clean and tidy. Managed to blow a fuse on day 2 (probably my fault). Mechanic came to us and replaced it very promptly. The only suggest...
