The first and second floors are the audience hall, and the third floor is the screening hall. The fourth floor is a dormitory. When it opened on December 15, 1931, it also invited the recently modern famous actors and China's first "movie queen" Hu Die to cut the ribbon, and screened China's first audio film "Singing Woman Red Peony". After a year, it was upgraded to a singing and dance theater and was renamed the International Theatre.
