    This was an awesome accidental find! We had gone to see the Penobscot Narrows Bridge and observatory and lucked into an awesome find of the fort! We have to come back to finish as we went at the end...

    Worth the stop

    We stopped here on a rainy day and had a great time exploring. There were so many dark, hidden passageways. I would recommend bringing a headlamp and a sense of adventure. Great stop!
