Terrible bridge
Terrible bridge, it is too dirty and unsecured. event the scene there show the crowded part of Porto Alegre.
It's a punishment for negligence
It is a very beautiful structure, it is a bad thing to be so disappointed and dirty.
Irelevant
One walks around and smells ugly, I recommend for the morning because the neighborhood is dangerous for the night.
If possible, avoid
If you are looking for photos of Porto Alegre, this place will certainly appear, and if you are looking for old photos it will look a nice place, but the reality is very different.
Great and shameful damage
A great construction work in a sad state. Unfortunately, like all the many attractions in Porto Alegre. Viaduto was built by the German construction company Dyckerhoff & Widmann.
