Piazza named for the clock tower

This small piazza is named for the clock tower that stands on one side. It is dominated by Chiesa Madre di S. Maria Assunta. It contains several restaurants and cafes, and is surrounded by shops.

Good location

The heart of Polignano, whit all the places (bar/restaurant/pizzeria) located along the perimeter. It's famous for the view of the ex cathedral and the watch building.

Great atmosphere but busy

We lingered here briefly – but moved on fairly quickly. It felt like a bit of a tourist trap with several restaurants displaying their multi-lingual menus around the edge of this decent sized piazza. ...
