During a spring outing to Yuyuan Garden in Nanjing, I encountered the spring and Jingming for the ten thousandth time
🌸When visiting Nanjing in spring, besides the Jiming Temple, Xuanwu Lake, Laomendong, and Confucius Temple,
if you have time, you can also come to see the garden architecture of Nanjing.
Nanjing's garden architecture is not plentiful, but it excels in being exquisite and delicate.
The Yuyuan Garden, the largest private garden in Nanjing at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China,
is also known as the 'Lion Grove Garden of Jinling'.
⛲️Yuyuan Garden, also known as Hu's Garden, is located in the west area of the southern gate of the old city.
✨It is a combination of Suzhou-style gardens and Huizhou-style houses.
🧱With its grey bricks, small tiles, horse head walls, and corridors with hanging windows,
✖️it is hidden within the streets to the west of the old city.
🍃With pavilions, terraces, towers, serene waters and rocks, it is extremely rich in natural charm.
Yuyuan Garden is a less popular attraction in Nanjing, and there are very few people every time I visit.
But it is truly a hidden gem, with pavilions and towers standing by the lake, and every corner is ingeniously designed.
The magnolia and apricot flowers in the garden are already in full bloom, and the beauty plum blossoms are also flourishing.
The willow trees by the Yuhu Lake are also very beautiful, and there are ducks raised in the lake🦆.
It truly lives up to the reputation of 'February days with willows intoxicating the spring air'.

Small and beautiful gardens, pavilions and pavilions are scattered, this season flowers are blooming, tourists are not many, it is worth a visit. In the garden, I encountered a sea of orchids in February, which brought us a big surprise for the trip to the garden.
It is worth going, the tickets are not expensive, the owner of the park is the late Qing Dynasty famous Hu Enxuan, Hu Enxuan is the founder of Xuzhou Minerals Bureau, and there is also a statue of Hu Suo when Xuzhou Minerals Group was founded in 141 years in Xuzhou Coal Mine. The garden is built for Hu Mu's old-agement, and many small details are very artistic.
Also called Hujia Garden, it is the former residence of Hu Enxu, the founder of the pioneering mining industry in the late Qing Dynasty. It has hosted many big people including Li Hongzhang, Zeng Guoqian, Sun Yat-sen, known as the first garden in Nanjing, and was formerly the residence of Xu Da's descendants.
