Main venue of Morimachi Sakura Festival
Original Text
It is a large park in Morimachi, Hokkaido and is also a famous place for cherry blossoms. It has a large ground, and 1000 cherry blossom specimens are planted in the park. It is also the main venue for the Morimachi Sakura Festival. It's not far from JR Mori Station 1 ㎞, so it's about 15 minutes on foot. It's on a diagonal across the intersection with Mori Town Hall, so it's a good idea to use the office as a landmark. I went to see the cherry blossoms, but I felt that I was a little out of expectation. The cherry blossoms themselves ...
I stopped by when I stopped by Morimachi during sightseeing in Onuma Park and Mt. Komagatake.

I stopped by when I stopped by Morimachi during sightseeing in Onuma Park and Mt. Komagatake. The scenery from this side is completely different. There were many cherry blossoms, so I would like to come when the cherry blossoms are in bloom.
From the direction of Sapporo, turn left at the intersection with a pedestrian bridge on National Highway 5. A few hundred meters away, you can see the park on your right. The cherry blossom season is very lively. It's not as flashy as Goryokaku Park, but you can see many Yoshino cherry blossoms.
It is a park in Morimachi right next to Oniushi Park. A festival was held during the cherry blossom season, and it was crowded with many food stalls and cherry blossom viewing visitors. You can walk from Mori station, but there seems to be a fixed-route bus.
A volunteer guided me to the color 々 cherry blossoms. Yoshino cherry blossoms and Oyama cherry blossoms, which are over 100 years old, were in full bloom. It is recommended for the cherry blossom season as you can walk from Mori Station.
