Surprisingly, the dam was empty on this visit. That made the paddle lost on the dam bed, and the 'no diving' sign grimly amusing. But the camping and scenery remains worth the drive.

Beautiful view

It’s a beautiful spot and view to see. However it is very sad that there weren’t any water in the dam. Hopefully a nice heavy rain will provide the dam it’s own beauty and meaning. Thanks

No water. Waste of time

While the campground looked good there was no water and signs warning about not swimming due to some meningitis causing bacteria. Definitely not worth the extra drive, at least at this time of the yea...
