Closed and poorly maintained

Walked there, fenced and gate closed. A phone number is displayed but would feel embarrased yo call someone to open the gate. Grass needs cutting, all gave a very shabby impression

Great piece of bronze.

This is located in the main square of the town but the square was dirty and not very attractive with a huge soviet era building which appeared to be abandoned.
