It is a comprehensive cultural facility in Kodaira City with a library. It's clean and well-equipped, but it's not a tourist facility, so I don't think it's worth a visit.

It is a innovative design building designed by Kazuyo Sejima, who won the Pritzker Award, which is called the Nobel Prize in the architectural world, because it has a connection with Kodaira City, and is a facility that integrates the public hall and library. Located along the Ome Kaido, the building, which is diagonally covered with a metallic net on the outside of the large glass, is not that big, but quite conspicuous. The cafe also offers paintings, photography exhibitions, and handicrafts.
