Park I want to go on a sunny day
I went there for the first time, but there was the Espoir Bell Tower a few minutes walk from the parking lot. If the weather is nice, you can see Mt. Daisetsu and the scenery is very good. I felt nothing if the weather was bad.
The season of cherry blossoms is recommended
It is an observatory located near Kamikawa Park. It is a spot where you can overlook the scenery of Mt. Daisetsu and the surrounding scenery. Since it is closed in winter, it is limited to May to October, but we recommend May, which is the cherry blossom season. You can enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms and the scenery.
The scenery is good
There was a notation of Espoir's bell in front of Kamikawa station, so I went there. It feels like a park and you can climb the tower. The view was good.
Construction
A bell on a hill. Fortunately, you can go to the time when the bell rings, and watch it from a distance. Once inside, you can overlook Kamikawa Town from above. A very interesting work of art.
The heavy snow looks very beautiful.
When I visited in early spring, there was snow on the top of the heavy snow, and the heavy snow mountain 々 was very beautiful. Elderly people should be careful as it is a little far from the parking lot.
