It's just off the tram stop.

I used to use the one-day ticket for the tram city bus, so I got off the way and stopped by. I could see the Otorii gate right from Arata Hachiman-mae of the tram, so I knew the location immediately. There was a big camphor tree in the precincts. The deities were Emperor Ojin, Tamayorihime, and Empress Jingu.
Immediately from the "Arata Hachiman" tram stop of the Kagoshima City Tram. Founded in 708. The deities are Emperor Ojin, Tamayorihime, and Empress Jingu. The camphor tree of the sacred tree stands tall in the precincts. The vermilion-painted shrine was renovated in 1983. The sand of the shrine will be an amulet to remove beetles.
Access is very good as it is just off the Kagoshima City Tram stop. Get off at Arata Hachimanmae. The parking lot will be parked in the precincts, but it's about whether or not you can park 10, so if you come by car, you will have to wait a lot until you park your first visit. Public institutions are recommended during busy times. Every July, there is also a June light unique to Kagoshima. The large camphor tree in the precincts was very impressive.
I visited with a walk in the neighborhood. It is located in an easy-to-understand location within walking distance from Kagoshima Central Station. The vermilion building was beautiful.
It is rare that it is said to be beneficial to repel mammoths. In the old days, mammoths had no serum, so they were life-threatening, so people who work in mountains and fields especially came to worship for the benefit of repellent mammoths. The camphor trees in the precincts are magnificent as they are designated as the preservation forest of the city.
