If you’re interested in summer horse race in Japan, why not visit here? I’m a turf fan…this horse racetrack is so good. Because: Very neat and clean. safe and clean and has enough space...
For the purpose of purchasing a commemorative betting ticket, I visited for the first time on holidays that are not held on the day. At a beautiful racetrack, the stand with a panoramic view of the paddock in front of you when you enter, and the large aurora vision are impressive. Since it is a compact racecourse, Baba is very close to the stand and paddock. Also, there are playsets in the center of Baba (it was very vacant). I think it is also suitable for families with children. In the management room immediately at the entrance, you can also get luggage including suitcases ...
Access is available by using Hakodate Tram and is very close to the Racecourse Mae tram stop. It's not as large as the Tokyo Racecourse, but it's a good racecourse that is compact and organized. The holding period is short and there are no big races, but I think it is worth a visit along with sightseeing in Hakodate.
I took the tram from Hakodate, got off at the Racecourse Station and went to Hakodate Racecourse. This time the purpose was to buy a betting ticket for the Arima Kinen. I didn't have horses because it wasn't held in Hakodate, but it was a nice and small racetrack. I want to come this time when there is a horse.
