Dujiangyan Confucious Temple

Dujiangyan (formerly Guanxian County) Confucian Temple, also known as Confucius Temple, Confucius Temple, Wenxuanwang Temple, and Zhisheng Temple, is located at the intersection of Wenmiao Street and Shuyuan Street, Guankou Town, Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 47 mu. Backed by Yulei Mountain, looking at the Lijiang River in front, next to Wenbi Mountain (also known as Jingui Mountain), and on the right by Xiaoluo Guping, it is the temple of Confucius and Confucianism in all dynasties, and it is also the place of the Palace of Learning and the Confucian Teaching Officers.

The historical Dujiangyan Confucian Temple was built in the fifth generation. The temple is located in the west of Guanxian County, Panlong Mountain, the two generations of the Song Dynasty and the Yuan Dynasty. During the Ming and Hongwu years, it was moved to Xuanhua Gate in the east of the city, and then destroyed in the military disaster at the end of the Ming Dynasty. In the first year of Qing Kangxi, Maji, Zhixian, restored the Chengdong Confucian Temple. In Kangxi, the county has moved the Confucian Temple back to its original site. The two dynasties of the Zheng and Qianlong, the repairs and expansion of the East and West, Chongsheng Temple, Minglun Liangzhaitang, Guandi, Xiangxianxuan, Shengyuguan, Jinshengyu Zhenfang, and the temple gate, Anus and sage, the temple system is complete, the scale is at the beginning. In 1929, the Temple of Literature was re-established as a county primary and secondary school in the Republic of China. In 1952, it was changed to Guanxian Middle School.

The complete Guanxian Confucian Temple was preserved and witnessed the imperial examinations of the previous disciplines.

Dujiangyan Confucian Temple, also known as Confucius Temple and Confucius Temple, is backed by Yulei Mountain and is very close to Dujiangyan All Seasons Hotel, at the intersection of Confucian Temple Street and Shuyuan Street. Every time I go to Dujiangyan, I will go to the Confucian Temple to check in. The Temple of Confucianism was a local school a long time ago, and later for various reasons, the school has now moved out. Pick up the level and go through Dachengmen to Dacheng Palace, where Confucius is worshipped. Here, you can slowly feel the ancient learning atmosphere.
