It's an old temple, but it's not interesting.
Original Text
5 minutes walk from Tsutsujigaoka Station. There is an entrance to the approach along the Koshu Highway. A temple of the Soto sect built in 1206. The principal image is Shaka Muni Buddha. The vermilion gate, which stands with golden statues of Nio on both sides, is under repair work for the roof. The door has a crest of Aoi Mitsuba, but it may be due to the history that Iemitsu Tokugawa took a break during hunting and awarded a red stamp. The main hall is made of reinforced concrete. In the precincts, there are Buddha statues of 々 everywhere, but they are all new, solemn and tasteful ...
It is a little deeper than the Koshu Highway. I didn't notice it when I passed by by car, but I stopped by because I passed by running and saw the vermilion-painted mountain gate. The vermilion-painted mountain gate is also characteristic, but what is more surprising is the statue of Nio in front of the gate! It is golden. The ginkgo in the precincts also shined golden and the scenery was good.
I used this station for the first time, so I stopped by because it was within walking distance from the station. There was a sign on the large road and the location was easy to understand. The mountain gate was also magnificent and it was a spectacular temple. It was nice to be quiet and quiet during the daytime on weekdays.
An old temple close to Koshu Kaido. 3 minutes walk from Tsutsujigaoka Station on the Keio Line (depending on the signal). There is a kindergarten and a saiba in Runbi.
A temple just off the road where you can see the red mountain gate from the Koshu Highway. There were Kannon, multiple Buddha statues, and Enma statues in the precincts, and it had a strong presence. A squirrel was kept in a hut on the right hand after entering the mountain gate.
