Horrible course - where to start?

This is a terrible course right from the road into the parking lot. Potholes, no bag drop, no signage. Clubhouse is an old and run down municipal building that looks like it was once a curling club....

Decent course conveniently located

We did a quick front nine this afternoon. It could have been walked, but we used power carts. Greens were in good shape, but the fairways could use some maintenance.
