A Few differences Osaka has Whales, Penguins and Sea Lion, and Seal. Singapore does not have that. The crowds in Osaka Kaiyukan is really too crowded.

You can eat lots of delicious seafood at the shops in front of the shrine. You can visit in the morning while it's cool and enjoy eating raw fish for lunch.
