This tour was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland! It was small & personal. Our guide, Wilkens, made the day memorable with his kindness, warmth and laughter. He did everything to ensure we had the most amazing day! The Alps were absolutely stunning, and the waterfall and hike were breathtaking. The day was more than what we could have imagined!!

First of all, a quick shoutout to the tour organizer, who told our guide to wait for us at one place and told us to wait for her at another place. Thankfully, we were able to contact her via phone and we started the tour without incident. That little hiccup aside, the tour was excellent! Vanessa gave us a great 2+ hour tour of the Old Town, stopping at highlights such as the Fraumunster and the Grossmunster, but also the fountains, important historic sites (where Zurich women saved the city from invading forces), vestiges of a Roman bath, and a panoramic view of the river. We also learned a lot about life in Switzerland. To top it off, Vanessa shared some Swiss chocolates with us to finish our tour. This was a great way to spend a free morning we had in town!

Awesome day from Basel.. Manu was superb. Covered much ground. Nothing too much trouble and the scenery was breathtaking. Highly recommend to anyone.. just brilliant

Rhine falls was a wonderful experience and highly recommend it. The chocolate tour was good to see the assembly line in action, good chocolate. There was a lot of kids the day we went which made it a bit more challenging. Cheese factory was ok but nothing special and by time we got to Appenzell we had had enough of the day and went to a brewery to sample some beer and whiskey. We ended up about 40 minutes late getting back so it was about 10 3/4 hours. Beautiful countryside The driver was excellent and the tour guide that left after Rhine Falls was also good. A bit too long of a day on a bus. I would choose 2 shorter tours


