It was good overall and I needed for some assistance to turn on the e sim but the support was quick. The internet is stable but sometimes I saw “e” which is “edge” and I couldn’t use the internet at those times. Idk what it happened, but luckily i was next to my hotel when that happened

I loaded a data-only Trip.com eSim prior to leaving Australia and used it during a 5 day business trip to Singapore. As promised it did not activate until I had landed and logged onto the local network. Everyone uses WhatsApp in Asia so voice comms were easy. Trip.com has an incredible variety of eSims to choose from and is a very simple service to use. No dashboards, no compliacetd logons, it just works.

No waste, no anxiety, no hassle—available immediately upon arrival, and used as soon as needed. The hassle of searching for counters, exchanging cards, and storing physical SIM cards at airports is now completely gone. This "invisible" connection actually makes people feel more at ease.
