I used it for the first time, and it took me a long time to set it up. There were a lot of settings to tweak on my phone, and I didn't even know about it. I only connected it on the third day! Thanks to the support team, they're great, they got me through it, and everything worked out! I wasn't expecting anything like that. But I'm so glad we mastered it together. It's very easy to use! I travelled between Malaysia and Singapore and this eSim was incredibly useful and cheap. It took few minutes of fiddling to activate it (I forgot to select roaming on, but it was the first time I was using an eSim) and I had to restart the phone once to Singapore from Malaysia, but other than that, it was super easy.  I will definitely buy it again! I have a new phone and eSim are much better and cheaper than having to buy physical Sims. I am happy with the purchase.
