柏彥, the tour guide offered extra services by sending us to the night market after the tour. He always gives us a heads up on what to expect for each sight seeing. He will also give advice on which spot has the best view to take a photo. He knows his roads well and drive pretty quickly.★

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.★

I had booked a Japanese-language tour, but it didn't reach the minimum number of participants, so I ended up joining the English-language tour. Our guide, Lin Chao, was very kind, and having experience as a photographer, he took many wonderful pictures for us. The weather in Alishan was sunny, the cherry blossoms were in bloom, and it was a fantastic tour. It's a tour I would definitely like to take again. Incidentally, I brought a jacket thinking it might be cold in the mountains, but I never needed to wear it; the temperature was around 15-24℃, which was quite warm.★

Easy to use. Comfortable train and spacious table. However, need to purchase a day ahead of time or the system won't let you use it.
