I've been using the Sima for about 10 days; the signal is everywhere and it's good in Nha Trang, Cunho Nhao, and on the train between. I'm currently writing a review from a sleepinbus going to Da Nang. The internet is more than sufficient, as I don't even have time to watch the news while on vacation, let alone catch up on it. I only send photos and videos, and of course, maps and GPS. Just keep in mind that if you use up the data limit, the internet will drop, which will be annoying. So far, no complaints.★
