Really straight forward. The boat left early as it mentioned on other reviews so we got there an hour beforehand. Check in at the machine was easy as we hadn't been able to do online. There were plenty of machines and it was very fast. Getting onto the boat wasn't very organised - just a bunched up queue and we got on together en masse. Coming back from Helsinki we had to scan our passes again on entry onto the boat so this took a little longer. Once on the boat all the hospitality is centred around level 8 and 9. There is a coffee shop with comfy seating on 8 the same level for getting on and off - the rest is all on 9. Good choice of food and plenty of seating. All in all an excellent experience.
