After a difficult start, the day went well. Our bus arrived 25 minutes late. A broken rearview mirror was the reason for the delay. Our guide, Janet, then told us that we might not be able to visit Setenil de las Bodegas due to lack of time! In the end, everything worked out, and I want to thank our guide, Janet, for her dedication and professionalism. 😊

Check in Hemingway's elopement city! Before traveling, I was a little worried that I could not find the pick-up point. The customer service helped to tell the detailed location. The town of Longda is not very big, and it is basically walking. I think the best punching point to watch the new bridge is to walk to the mountainside and have a fork road. One road will charge 10 euros. The other one I went to is free. Here the Google Maps logo is Arabic Arch . The angle is very good. You can see the whole picture of the new bridge.

The trip was really great. There was enough time to explore everything on our own. We didn't have an extra charge for the interpretation, so we found out everything ourselves. Maybe I would have liked more willingness from the guide. For example, with other agencies we got a map, an application, etc. But I understand that the agency wants to motivate people to buy more expensive trip options. Fortunately, both destinations are small and we easily found everything or asked questions.


