You have to be in Egypt to enable data roaming. The internet is not very fast but it works. I'm currently using the internet I bought in this review. It's very cheap and suitable for people who only use the internet.

I traveled for 10 days and didn't have any problems. I was able to get through the middle of the desert, but when I joined a desert tour, I got through at the top of the desert hills, but I couldn't get through at all in the lower parts of the desert hills during the 10 days.

So far, we've only tested it in Dubai. We'll see how it goes outside of it: in Qatar and Bahrain. So far, everything's great; the signal quality and speed are excellent. I bought one for myself and my husband; the installation was easy; even a child could do it. Don't forget, you need to enable roaming on this new SIM card to use it.
